Amount: 2 | Unit: tbsp | Name: ketchup
Amount: 1 | Unit: tbsp | Name: yellow mustard
Amount: 1 | Unit: tbsp | Name: pickle relish
Amount: 1 | Unit: tsp | Name: paprika

Equipment

  • 1 Large skillet
  • 1 Large mixing bowl
  • 1 Whisk

Method

Step 1: Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, seasoning with burger seasoning, until browned and cooked through, about 8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
Step 2: Whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle relish, and paprika to make the burger sauce.
Step 3: In a large bowl, layer the lettuce, cooked beef, grilled onions, cheddar cheese, cherry tomatoes, and pickles.
Step 4: Drizzle with the burger sauce and toss to combine, or serve the sauce on the side.
Tip: Serve right away while the beef is still warm for the best texture.
            Step 5: Serve immediately.

              Notes

Best assembled just before serving so the lettuce stays crisp. Keep the sauce separate if meal-prepping ahead of time.
